Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and inventory availability, Mica Home does not offer merchandise exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item if eligible and place a new order.
Return and Refund Policy
Mica Home accepts eligible returns within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging materials. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Approved returns are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Please do not send any item back without first receiving return approval. Items sent back without prior authorization or without an approved RMA number may be denied.
How to Start a Return
You can submit your return request using the link below:

The link will bring you to your order history page. From there, select the order and product you would like to return. Once submitted, our customer service team will review your request.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Manual Return Requests
If your order was placed without an email address or you are unable to access the return portal, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
To initiate a manual return, please provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Item or items being returned
Photo confirmation showing the item is unused and in original condition
Once we receive and verify these details, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Return Packaging Instructions
Please pack the product securely using suitable packaging materials. The item must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging materials.
If an RMA number is provided, it must be clearly included with the return package. We recommend writing the RMA number on a clean sheet of paper and attaching it securely to the outside of the box.
Returns without an RMA number may be denied. If a return is denied, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned back to them.
Used or Ineligible Items
Items that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.
If an item is returned and found to be used, damaged, missing packaging, or otherwise not in original condition, Mica Home reserves the right to deny the return. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs required to return the item back to them.
Returns requested after 14 days from receipt of delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, including standard, expedited, or other shipping services paid at checkout, are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
